You will be able to submit a return for a full refund to your original payment method or store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through the Re:do return portal. The returns & exchanges protection applies only to the order with which it was purchased.

If you did not purchase the $2.98 free returns & exchanges protection at the original time of checkout, you will be still be able to process your return or exchange through the Re:do return portal; however, you will be responsible for the return shipping label fee at a discounted rate.
