You should receive an email with your tracking details when your package ships from our warehouse. If you have an account with us, log in to see your order history. Click on the order you are checking on to see the order details, payment status, fulfillment status and tracking information.

We can make changes to the shipping details up until the package is scanned by UPS. Please reach out to us at web@spin-it-pb.com or by phone at 1 (888) 906-1341 with your order number and correct shipping details.

All Spin-It orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Doral, Florida. Specific packaging will depend on the number of items purchased and may include water and tear-resistant poly mailers or recyclable cardboard boxes.

Spin-it gladly accepts returns on unworn or defective merchandise with the tags still attached, purchased online or by phone, for a full refund or exchange within 120 days of the original purchase.

If you purchased the $2.98 unlimited free returns & exchanges protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for a full refund to your original payment method or store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through the Re:do return portal. The returns & exchanges protection applies only to the order with which it was purchased.

If you did not purchase the $2.98 free returns & exchanges protectionat the original time of checkout, you will be still be able to process your return or exchange through the Re:do return portal; however, you will be responsible for the return shipping label fee at a discounted rate.

Spin-It is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. If you need to exchange your item for a different size or style, we gladly accept exchanges on unworn merchandise with the tags still attached, purchased online or by phone for an exchange within 120 days of the original purchase. Styles sold as "Final Sale" are not eligible for exchange. We are unable to exchange merchandise that is purchased through a different retailer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment form on the order. If you used a gift card to place your order, the refund will be issued to the original gift card, and the code will be emailed to you. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to fully process from the point the package is received at our warehouse. You will receive a refund notification email for your records once your return has been processed.
