While running shoes offer cushioning, they may lack the lateral support required for quick movements in pickleball. It's recommended to use shoes specifically designed for court sports, such as tennis or pickleball, to ensure the right combination of support, traction and durability.

Shipping

How can I track my order?

You should receive an email with your tracking details when your package ships from our warehouse. If you have an account with us, log in to see your order history. Click on the order you are checking on to see the order details, payment status, fulfillment status and tracking information.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

We can make changes to the shipping details up until the package is scanned by UPS. Please reach out to us at web@spin-it-pb.com or by phone at 888.906.1341 with your order number and correct shipping details.

How is Spin-It pickleball apparel packaged for delivery?

All Spin-It orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Doral, Florida. Specific packaging will depend on the number of items purchased and may include water and tear-resistant poly mailers or recyclable cardboard boxes.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We stand behind our products and want our customers to be pleased with their purchase. Spin-It gladly accepts returns on unworn or defective merchandise with the tags still attached, purchased online or by phone for a full refund or exchange within 120 days of the original purchase. Styles sold as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. To start your return please use the prepaid return shipping label included in your package. Can I exchange my item?

Spin-It is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. If you need to exchange your item for a different size or style, we gladly accept exchanges on unworn merchandise with the tags still attached, purchased online or by phone for an exchange within 120 days of the original purchase. Styles sold as "Final Sale" are not eligible for exchange. We are unable to exchange merchandise that is purchased through a different retailer.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment form on the order. If you used a gift card to place your order, the refund will be issued to the original gift card, and the code will be emailed to you. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to fully process from the point the package is received at our warehouse. You will receive a refund notification email for your records once your return has been processed.

How long do I have to return my order?

Spin It gladly accepts returns on unworn or defective merchandise with the tags still attached up to 120 days post-purchase.

Are there any items I can’t return?

Final Sale merchandise is ineligible for return or exchange, including purchased gift cards.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Any changes, including applying a discount code post purchase, adding or removing merchandise, or updating shipping details, can be made to an order before shipping. Please reach out to Customer Service at web@spin-it-pb.com or by phone at 888.906.1341. Customer Support is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, excluding holidays and weekends.

WHAT IS YOUR LIFETIME WARRANTY?

We stand behind our product and offer a lifetime warranty. The warranty is lifetime on materials and manufacturing. Consumers must follow care instructions. If a product fails, we will replace it with product of equal or greater value. Must return defective product to retailer that product was originally purchased from. Fit is not under warranty.
